(21st December, 2010, Hong Kong) To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Canadian premium french fry brand New York Fries’ success in Hong Kong, an anniversary celebration was held in New York Fries’ Harbour City store today. New York Fries invited the hottest models in town, including Ms. Carol Yeung, Ms. Edelweiss Cheung and Ms. Jacqueline Chong, to mark this special occasion with Hong Kong’s master licensee, New York Fries Hong Kong and Macau General Manager, Mr. Ricky Lau. The three models, as well as their loved ones, were given a lifetime supply of New York Fries products in Hong Kong as a gesture of thanks.

Hong Kong, 11 June 2010 – New York Fries is proud to announce the opening of their newest outlet in Hong Kong and is hosting the Best Actor of the 2010 Hong Kong Film Awards, Mr. Simon Yam, at The Peak Galleria store today for a event with Autistic children and representatives of the Autism Children Foundation. This 2,000 ft. flagship outlet, themed with the brand’s new “Authentically New York” campaign, shows the mixture of New York features and New York Fries elements to provide an unique atmosphere to the customers. The outlet became the chain’s largest New York Fries location in the world, and will exhibit Mr. Simon Yam’s never released photos that he took for the Autism Children Foundation recently, in order to showcase the beauty of the children.

Hong Kong (November 6th, 2009) – New York Fries, a privately owned Canadian French fry retailer, is pleased to announce the opening of its 200th store today. Situated in the food court on Level 4 of Langham Place in Hong Kong, it is also the second outlet in the Hong Kong market. The Canadian company signed a master license deal with Hong Kong-based Next Step Limited to open multiple retail units in Hong Kong and Macao in 2008. Next Step Limited plans to open 10 more units over the next five years in Hong Kong’s high traffic shopping centres and street front locations, with a move into mainland China as the long term goal.

Situated in the Gateway Arcade of the Harbour City, the restaurant occupies 730 square feet. The Canadian company signed a master license deal with Hong Kong-based Next Step Limited to open multiple retail units in Hong Kong and Macao earlier this year. Next Step Limited plans to open 12 to 15 more units over the next five years in Hong Kong’s high traffic shopping centres and street front locations, with a move into mainland China as the long term goal.
